Memory Issues effecting special Interest.

Hi

 have some memory issues. I mostly not know what I wanted to do, what happened a few days ago and what happened months before etc. Also I often forget any instructions I get. Sadly my Memory Issues also effects my special interests. I can't remember specific things even if I should. It's frustrating and makes me really sad and I hate myself for it. And I don't know why that happens to me. I didn't had this problem as a child or it wasn't so obvious.

Do anyone else experience that or heard about memory issues ?

  • But I recently caught on to the fact that my friend also has a really bad memory, but just has way less guilt about asking for reminders or clarification. Which I realized is a lot of my problem: I have tons of anxiety about looking like I don't know what's going on, so I just accept the half-information I have and never reinforce it which probably contributes to me not remembering in the first place. But also most people are super happy to share information! So personally I'm working on asking and reaching out more, maybe you have a similar situation and [Removed by Moderator] that could help!
