assessment

hi all im new here.  just recieved my questionares to fill in as ive been refered for an assessment.  i can fill in most of the forms but one is for a parent with questions from birth and childhood.  i have no parent to fill it in im in my 40s.  also i wont have a someone who knows me well to attend the interview with me just a social worker.  will this go against me, thanks

  • Your assessors should understand that for older adults this isn't always feasible as our older relatives have left the Earth plane.

    Ask their advice. They should have other means to plug the gap. Meanwhile if you've got anything like old school reports, childhood cinema or video or teenage diaries etc, let them have those.
