Theory of mind/ thinking/ critical thinking

Does anyone else struggle with understanding their own thought process or lack much of a thought process (which can be annoying when asked to explain what you were thinking)?

Also does anyone struggle to think critically, particularly in relation to others and in Social interactions?

  • While I have good critical faculties when it comes to assessing a work of art, book or scientific argument, people are a different matter. I tend to just accept people as they are, I don't form judgements about them, unless they do something extreme. However, if someone tells me their judgement of a third person, I tend to adopt it, or at least it affects my viewpoint. I rather resent this, as I quite like not having fixed opinions of people.

As well as all the things there i'd expected to see such as history; the arts; the environment, there are loads of free courses on mental health, mindfullness, critical thinking etc etc.... and all for free
