Would it help to communicate with UC (in writing preferably, so you have a copy) about why you are unhappy with the changes that they have made, as it sounds as if you disagree with them. Do you qualify for Personal Independence Payments (PIP) as these are for people with mental health disabilities too. Citizens Advice are good, though you may need mor

Honestly, I have no idea if I’m entitled to anything to be honest. I don’t think I’m disabled enough for PIP but at the same time, I know a few people that do have autism and get PIP so I’m confused all the same.
