Social groups for autistic adults

Hi Everyone,

I'm a 29 year old adult who was diagnosed with autism last year and a few months ago, I moved over here to the UK for the Job I currently work in. I just wanted to know if there would be any good social groups that people could recommend for people with autism to meet new people, particularly in the west London area where I live. Thanks!

You might want to have a look at the link here to find an NAS branch local to you - https://www.autism.org.uk/what-we-do/branches - and see if they have adult social groups (different branches will have different services). You could also have a look at the Autism Services Directory - https://www.autism.org.uk/directory - which lists various local and national autism related services in the UK, including social groups, so if you search by location you might be able to find one close to you.
