I am a campaigner I want to make a difference for autistic adults. especially women who are diagnosed too late. If there was help & support, what would u like & expect?
I have Asperger's and I think it stinks that's There's no help for teenagers or adults with Asperger's/autism. The amount of people who were told me but I don't look autistic is unbelievable, what did these idiots expect me to look like?
Then there are these psychologists who claimed to know about Aspergers and being autistic, then say they can't help us, because we don't quite match the criteria leaving us to fall between the cracks!
No one has told me to do anything, I am choosing to get off my backside to try make a difference for other adults with autism and Aspergers. One of the first things I will do is email the health secretary and my local MP. Action speaks louder then words are you with me?
