OCD Control because you don't have control paradox

On the autism spectrum, I find myself doing repeat behaviours, go to same places, park the car in the same place, I am being to learn that control is only needed when feeling vulnerable and the external control is taking your feeling of control away, so you look for places and behaviours which you can control as a result. Everybody does this in there lifes in some way, tea with 2, cigerattes, soaps,, making an established zone in there lifes so that life seems more predictable and you feel in control. My OCD just magnifies this behaviour, that is why when I am less stressed I can do more,, but under stress I go back into my autism turtle neck in shell zone. I spend my life fluxing in and out of stress zone to familiar zone. So the more control you have the smaller the world becomes. But at the same time familiar zone(control) reduces stress. Catch 22 ?

Any thoughts on control ?
