Supported living independently

Hi I currently live with my mum and dad but would like to get some

supported living independently in Salisbury Wiltshire United Kingdom area and have no idea how to do this I was diagnosed with autism in august 2020 and I am now 27 nearly 28 please can you help kind regards kate

You might want to have a look at the specialist residential and supported living services the NAS has, which you can find here - https://www.autism.org.uk/what-we-do/adult-residential-services/supported-living. The social care for adults page also has some information on supported living that might be relevant - https://www.autism.org.uk/advice-and-guidance/topics/social-care/social-care-england/support-available - as does the NHS social care and support guide - https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/social-care-and-support-guide/.
