Work struggles

I am struggling to keep a job and it's getting me down. I feel that I am good Montessori teacher but I worked in a Montessori school and was overload,  I was the one who had to do present individual activities to 15 kids daily (there was no key children system), but I had to have writtern proof of this as well as some observations, but planning needs to be put on the system that we use too which takes time. Then the head was getting us to rearrange the some of the areas of the classroom and add other activities to the shelves which took up time. It got too much for me.

I have been working as a TA in a special needs school, the feedback was that I was not suited to the early years class, I prefer the other classes anyway and have enjoyed working in them. The school don't think that a TA role is suitable for me and have offered me a meal time cover / supervisor role, however it is only 3 hours per day, plus I need pay for the bus.

I am feeling really down and my confidence is low. I think that I am not suitable for many different jobs and then jobs that I could potentially apply for get me thinking what if I cannot live up to all their job description expectations.
