How is having both different from having just one of them?
Do you have any unique struggles or abilities?
Is it harder to recognize that you have both because in some cases they cancel each other out?
Would love to hear your thoughts.

I recently saw a lecture by Dr Russell Barclay in which he was describing the state of the research on SCT, and in it he mentioned he thought that most people who had a dual diagnosis of ASD and ADHD primarily inattentive should actually be diagnosed as SCT instead of ADHD. I wonder if you've looked into SCT and how well you feel it fits you?
I've always had a lot of problems with attention, but I'm not hyperactive in the slightest. I'm more of a low energy spaced-out kind of inattentive, and I feel like the SCT presentation describes my case quite well.

I saw this on a ted talk about Sluggish cognitive tempo disorder. I can 100% say that my ADHD & autism is genetically inherited by my hobbit of a biological father as my blood relatives on his side all have either Autism. ADHD or both. It's not caused by a low socioeconomic status.
Sorry but what does SCT mean? I’ve not seen that before
