Being a lone Wolf

Yesterday, I volunteered with WAVE in Omagh to help sort out their Polytunnel. In the end everyone was a de Facto Foreman, while one Bloke simply got on with it. Also, me and him were the only ones to say that the Sun rises in the East and sets in the West.

Also, I was over enthusiastic with digging. I wore myself out unnecessarily. Taking my time is impossible.

I realise now that I prefer working on my own accord. My plan to grow Spuds on my own is still the vision. However, I will do it by myself.

  • Wash, rinse, repeat.

We seem to be better at that than Normies.

  • i work better on my own too even my process leader has noticed that.

on my own i can do the work of like 5 people and blitz any task in no time at all. but with others, i dunno, they do things and they are doing the same thing but they get in the way, they hold me back, they talk, you cant work fast enough as they are like a speed bump blocking your path, they slow you down using tools and doing stuff slow which causes you to be held back, they do things wrong causing you to have to redo their stuff or do things inefficient costing us time and having to switch things around where not neccesary, they sort things and do things weird in a way that they seemingly havent thought of how they will proceed farther, such as tossing piles of parcels infront of collars that are already full to sort them to be scanned into the collar that supposed to be there, but that collars full and needs to be taken our and replaced with empty one to proceed but you cant do that because they didnt think and tossed like a mountain of parcels blocking it and so you have to spend a extra 3 hours or so moving thir *** to even start a job. because other people come along and do things and dont even think or care. and thats why i can work better alone, other people do things badly and dont care, other people dont have the ability to think ahead on what they are doing and need to do. so other people make things take longer.
