discrimination towards autistic adults from il informed and professionals commenting outside of their professional qualifications

I am constantly met with professionals in my area that refuse to accept responsibility for their lack of behaviour and the impacts this has on a autistic individual. Professionals often comment outside of their professional qualification relying in outdated and limited training courses regarding autism. I have several IOPC investigations open due to failures in safeguarding, discrimination , exploitation and abuse from professionals who forced myself a autistic adult to wear a face visor even though I raised concerns around the issues this caused myself due to sensory and communication difficulties(body language, facial expressions, tone of voice)I was then forced to wear a visor not a mask as this was seen as safe even though particles can escape under and around the visor I was then stopped from seeing my daughter as policy and procedures stated. again professionals fail to understand what indirect discrimination and how this not only affected me but also my daughter and in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 subjecting me to this behaviour for numerous weeks is harassing and was felt as such it is more concerning that when these issues are raised professionals exhibit victimisation by behaving revengeful and spiteful

  • I have done no one can seam to help have logged appeal as no professional seem to have any knowledge of equality act and associated crimes and do not adhere tother own policies and procedures abusing children failing to safeguard and victimisation. its more concerning professionals ignore concerns when they are raised and start bullying vulnerable adults

  • So you couldn’t find a lawyer who’d take your case? Who did you approach? Did you at least find one willing to advise on the merits of your case?

  • I’ve got an interview coming up soon concerning ABA, Applied Behaviour Analysis. One of the things I’ll be pointing out in my interview is that these so called professionals are actually fraudsters. ABA claims they’re “The Golden Standard” for autism while during their education they are not taught a single thing about autism, that is officially fraud, dangerous and irresponsible.

These professionals still cause suicide by talking about autistic people as if we’re a disease that has invaded society. They convince children by saying things like “autism destroys the lives of loved ones” making the children hate themselves and become severely depressed. The majority of professionals I encounter are essentially working out of their scope without a license and conduct in such disgraceful ways, I can’t believe governments around the world actually approve putting autistic children in the hands of people who know nothing about autism.

Professionals are so defensive that they have no sense of empathy or care about the person in need of help.
