The Land of Ambiguity

I find ambiguity a big issue in my life, people situation especially. I hate things hanging.. in uncertainty and not knowing what is happening next or the what will happen next.

Were there is more trust, confidence or faith you can live with ambiguity more, because you know it will workout due to past experiences, however autistic mind does not like the gap of uncertainty. I suppose fear needs control of ambiguity and thus rigidity and familiar grounds. I grew up in ambiguitous home environment and have NEVER FELT SECURE.

Anybody have any coping strategies on how to deal with ambiguous situations involving factors that you can not control.. PEOPLE, HEALTH, BENEFIT ASSESSMENTS, TRAFFIC JAMS/BREAKDOWNS, LETTERS IN THE POST, PEOPLES EMOTIONS, DEMANDS, FUTURE., to name a few. How do you ground in ambiguity, afraid of what is going to happen next !

  • Ambiguity ~ Can effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably; can decide and act without having the total picture; can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.

    Ambiguity can also be defined as having limited information. (sounds like life in general Undecided)

    ANXIETY = IMPORTANCE x UNCERTAINTY(ambiguity).

    So is half the answer not to give a damn ! i.e lower the importance ? maybe the government is right then !

    Importance can be defined as consequence. Maybe that is the real answer, a fear of consequence.

    No one is more or has less importance than the next person, that is all the world needs to socially learn. Nothing is more or has less importance than the next thing. ~ Universal Law

    That just leaves on the tree of life, the great happening or the great happying Smile
