Lifes going wrong again

Hi had CBT for OCD and aspergers was on 60 Citalapram every one said how well i was doing,Cpn signed me off thought lets test the CBT so i asked to come off meds. Got to 40 and things started getting rocky but thought give it a chance carried on to twenty really rocky but didn't want to let everyone down. Went to doctors on friday and he has told me to have two days off the citalapram and started a new med called Ventalaxine some thing like that. But i feel really crap now and the house is really noisy.

Lifes prity crappy at work as well they have started to check if our vans are clean and tidy inside i feel like a school boy im 37 are they going to check my pants are clean next we already get checked twice for our job competance.

Just got to keep going i guess.

  • Hi guys yes things are a lot better had a word with HR at work things are looking up, they have upgraded me, I also emailed the help line with regard to heat sensitivity and they emailed back some good advice which i passed onto the company they are going to look at getting me some cooler clothing, they have also agreed to get me properly assesed for dyslexa they are even going to fund it.

    Life is much better
