My child has just been diagnosed with autism

So yesterday 21/12/21 my 7 year old son had a diagnosis for autism. He's also had a referral for ADHD as paediatrician is concerned he is showing some high traits of ADHD. It was suggested I come on this website to get support etc. What did you do once you found out the diagnosis? What steps did you take next? I haven't told my son he is autistic and possibly ADHD as this will set of worries and his anxiety. I feel like I'm at a loss as i don't know what to do next.
