Is there a support group for autistic adults

Hi, I just wanted to ask is there any support groups for people that are autistic adults. Ive been using the national autism site for a while but haven't seen anything about a support group

I don't think there are specific adult support groups, there are a few Discord servers which mainly have adults in them, if you want pointing in that direction send me a message.
