good podcasts?

I've been loving podcasts recently (as I have little energy to read books since I've been more depressed, and I refuse to use audible).

My favourites at the moment are:

Sounds Like a Cult - talk about different "movements" and groups/subcultures in society that seem to operate like cults. at the end, they compare the group's values, activities and their level of extremism to what the official definition of a "cult" is, and decide whether the group may in fact be a cult or not. They talk about things like astrology and multi-level marketing haha

Real Life Ghost Stories - tell stories from people who've "had paranormal experiences" and also review scary movies. really funny and dry.

I also listen to a daily horoscope.

Does anyone else listen to any funny and interesting podcasts? I would love to expand my horizons.

  • Seems like you're into the more non-fiction/informative genres, but I'll throw my favourite podcast in anyway.

It's called Hello From the Magic Tavern. It's an improv comedy podcast about a man who is accidently transported to a fantasy land called Foon, and him basically interviewing a different creature every week. His two co-hosts are an old wizard and a shapeshifter who is usually in the form of a badger. It's all made up on the spot, and its sooooo funny. If you want something a little weird and wacky, I'd definitely recommend it.
