I’m not sure - have I already disclosed at work?

I’m not sure where I stand. Legally.

As I understand disclosing autism gives the person protection under the Equality Act 2010. But to be protected under the Act I don’t need to provide official diagnosis. Or do I? 

Anyway, my situation.

In 2019 due to stress as work I told my manager that I’m on a waiting list to be assessed. I didn’t officially request any adjustments.

Fast forward to 2021 and I’ve got my official autism diagnosis. Should I mention it to my manager?

Or maybe I’ve already disclosed in 2019?
