Hi all,

New to the forum albeit i reg about a month ago i think..

I am 50 years old and don't have a diagnosis and really don't know where to begin..i think i have ghosted and coasted, mimicked others to get to this point in life to appear "normal"..where i am at the mo is just utterly burned out..

Anyways thought i would stop by check the place out and wish everyone well.

    Hello and welcome!  I'm 48 and also don't have a diagnosis.

    As others have already said, ask away if you have any questions - lots of helpful people on here who will help you figure things out.  Slight smile
