Hello, I'm new here!
I am wondering about my light sensitivity and the symptoms of it.
Every time I go outside on a sunny or even a cloudy day, my eyes will water. I also get this in bright rooms too.
I don't get enough sleep either (only about 6 or 7 hours).
Is anything that I mentioned a symptom of light sensitivity?

I had a selection of black tinted prescription glasses made up for me at (from memory) 80%, 70%, 50%, 20% light transmission so I can choose the appropriate darkness for the conditions. I typically drive at night with the 70% (to help with oncoming headlights), and I often wear the 80% to walk around - it takes the edge off.
