Light Sensitivity

Hello, I'm new here!

I am wondering about my light sensitivity and the symptoms of it.

Every time I go outside on a sunny or even a cloudy day, my eyes will water. I also get this in bright rooms too.

I don't get enough sleep either (only about 6 or 7 hours).

Is anything that I mentioned a symptom of light sensitivity?

  • Hi John and welcome.  I suffer with light sensitivity - there are some days when my eyes just won't stop watering when outside and I find it quite draining.  I feel it's much worse when I'm tired too.  I also find bright sunlight incredibly annoying - bright lights make me so irritable - I'm constantly closing my blinds at home - much to my husband's annoyance.
