Toilet is home ?

Noticed an interesting cognitive correlation today, when I am in unfamiliar external territory, by bowels always act up and I feel the need to go home for safety and a bowel motion(being polite here) in safe zone i.e home to WC.

Has anyone else found this as an experience with autism.

  • but "any"sensation on the bowels caused by tensing up is like a subconcious fear, it is a body strong trigger(which is probably not a strong signal in real terms)(the wind feels like a hurricane so to say).. the mind/body is saying " here we go again"... I flight even before the fear develops into real stress. Ultra-sensitive reaction, which I don't have any control off. It is chronic.

You would think I was a coward, but my body and mind is so wired to a hyperviglient setting.
