Hello,

Meetup.com for the UK is quite good - https://www.meetup.com/topics/asperger-syndrome/gb/17/london/ This link also specifies autism, aspergers and neuro as key words.

Spice is another socail group but I'm not sure it has anything that states it's autism focussed.

Meetup is good for lots of things though. Hope you find something - London/bigger cities tend to have more on offer.
