Too many cooks spoil the broth

I had a fall out with my aunt-in-law over using somebody else to move my stuff from my old home and into a new bungalow. 

Today, the man set to move my stuff had a flat tyre and is going spare seeking covers for everything. 

This morning, I have been up since half six, and going berserk myself. 

Also, I have a phone assessment for PIP in a fortnight's time. They called while I was at the local shop to use the Post Office.

  • Frowning2 Sorry to hear about what has been going on. The PIP stuff is just the last thing you need right now on top of everything going on.

    Did you get moved in the end? I'm hoping that it did all get finished, so at least you have got passed one stressful event.

    Good luck with sorting things out with your aunt-in-law (if that's what you want). My relationship with my in laws is definitely  a stressful one. So I empathise.

    God-willing, it's only temporary. But time is a healer.

    I moved into my new Gaff on Monday. The past four days have been stressful. But I hope to have closure.

    My solicitor is also on Annual Leave next week. So, it will be the week after Halloween that I'll get the money.
