Hi!
I've tried going vegetarian before but I can't seem to stick to it.
Could anyone link or list benefits? Physical, environmental, etc.
I can't go vegan due to my eating disorder, so vegetarianism is my only option.
Can you recommend good veggie foods too please?
Start enjoying cooking. Don't eat too many processed things. People can be veggie but still have poor diets. Take b12 supplements as this is only found in animal products.
Also, maybe slowly introduce changes. I did this over a few years and have stuck with it (so far!) First I gave up processed meat. Then it was actual meat. Then it was anything with meat based products. Finally I gave up fish and seafood and became totally veggie. I think more people are "flexitarian" these days and any reduction in meat consumption however small is a positive step.
