Vegetarianism

Hi!

I've tried going vegetarian before but I can't seem to stick to it.

Could anyone link or list benefits? Physical, environmental, etc.

I can't go vegan due to my eating disorder, so vegetarianism is my only option.

Can you recommend good veggie foods too please?

  • Start enjoying cooking. Don't eat too many processed things. People can be veggie but still have poor diets. Take b12 supplements as this is only found in animal products.

  • Also, maybe slowly introduce changes. I did this over a few years and have stuck with it (so far!) First I gave up processed meat. Then it was actual meat. Then it was anything with meat based products. Finally I gave up fish and seafood and became totally veggie. I think more people are "flexitarian" these days and any reduction in meat consumption however small is a positive step.
