Vegetarianism

Hi!

I've tried going vegetarian before but I can't seem to stick to it.

Could anyone link or list benefits? Physical, environmental, etc.

I can't go vegan due to my eating disorder, so vegetarianism is my only option.

Can you recommend good veggie foods too please?

  • I am not sure if it is linked to autism but there is no way I could go veggie. Have massive food issues so can't eat anything leaf based including cabbage, cauliflower, broccili, plus hate carrots and most other veg. Just eat potatoes, beans, peas, sweet corn, mushrooms and betroot, I am better with fruit. Good luck going veggie though, it has lots of benefits.
