Vegetarianism

Hi!

I've tried going vegetarian before but I can't seem to stick to it.

Could anyone link or list benefits? Physical, environmental, etc.

I can't go vegan due to my eating disorder, so vegetarianism is my only option.

Can you recommend good veggie foods too please?

  • i have tried before as well but like you I havnt been able to stick to it

Glamorgan sausages are very nice veggie options, they have cheese and leek in them so quite filling

I really like Aldi spicy bean burgers, they are lovely

Aubergines are a good meat substitute in cooking. beacuse they have the same texture as meat you can replace almost any meat ingredient with aubergine. Aubergine lasagne is particularly nice

Veggie pasta meals are always a good option

You can make a nice cauliflower curry as well

  • Have you tried Richmond vegan/veggie sausages? They’re incredible!

my trouble is I’m very picky so lots of veggie options aren’t as appealing to me as a nice chicken nugget! However, quorn crispy nuggets are amazing so I should probably buy more of those.

pasta + vegetables is always a safe bet, I agree!
