It's my first assesment for Autism tomorrow (I'm 25) and for some reason I'm terrified and can't sleep , any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

My solution for insomnia - stop trying to sleep. I just stay up until I start falling asleep then I go to bed.

If I can't sleep because of stress in case like this I stay up, watch movies eat, chat online, whatever to keep myself busy.
