Today is Thanksgiving in Canada. I celebrated by having poutine, Cheesy Chips with Gravy, for Lunch.
From Childhood, I was obsessed with all things Canadian. Possibly because of watching The Littlest Hobo as a kid, and finding out that Canada were in the Mexico World Cup in 1986. I even tried to play Ice Hockey, by myself, with a toy putter and a draughts piece.
Canada drew 0-0 in Jamaica - World Cup Qualifying - last night. Undefeated in the final round of qualifying, but one defeat might cause a Domino effect. Panama beating America has set the cat amongst the pigeons.
But, there's also Canadian Football; Three-Down game as opposed to the Four-Down NFL.
