I’m J. I’m quite desperate on how or who might be able to help me on my situation.
I have been working for a big multinational company for 14 years and I have been always struggling with some areas as communication and interaction skills. Not long time ago I realised that all of this could be related with a case of autism and although I'm haven't been diagnosed yet I have been referred by my GP. I did one online test for Autism, having as a result 34 out of 50.
After two years of a secondment in a position as interior designer, my company have advertised the job as permanet position and I applied but I was told that I was not sucessfull in the process. The feedback was related to some previous non addressed events and some of the comments were about communication skills and interactions.
I believe this is a case of discrimination and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction as everything is new for me and very overwhelming.
