Recommendations?

What books, websites or whatever resources would you recommend? I need something to help me to deal with acceptance after diagnosis and with my mental health issues (anxiety and depression, dealing with stress). I’ve been diagnosed and I feel completely lost. I don’t know which part of me I should accept and which I should try to fix. For years I’ve tried to fix myself (without success) and now, even though I’m relieved to finally be diagnosed and have an answer, I’m ashamed and angry because it means I’m always going to be like that and nothing will ever change for the better.
