My friend has no help she is autistic and a victim

She has never had help with her autism always went through it on her own she has been in dangerous situations physically and mental even now as an adult she has so much trapped in her mind which is a continuous cycle in her head no one professional qualified in autism to talk to I understand coz I'm autistic myself have aspergers.

you're doing a great job. You are doing all you can which in this case is more than most people would.

Have u suggested shes gets a diagnosis and if she has what (support) level is she ?

I have my own issues I end up taking on people's problems as miy own but I know if she don't get listened to and understood she will carry on feeling lonely and I know that can have serious consequences x
