How do i get diagnosed?

Hello,

I am an adult woman and have suffered on and off with anxiety and depression. With the feeling of not fitting in and other little idiosyncrasies and reading and researching, I wonder if I may have ASD. How do I go about getting a diagnosis? I can't afford to go private. I live in Devon near Exeter. Any book recommendations for adult women with ASD would be really helpful too.

    Make a list of reasons why u think u are autistic.

    include blood relatives in your family who are autistic or adhd or called weird/different

    and a list of occasions when u have been called weird, autistic, different

    the list should be electronic ie so you can email it to anyone who wants it.
