Sale complete

This morning, the final form was signed by my brother and I; which officially sells our family home and land. It's the end of a long and arduous journey. But it has made me stronger.

The new owner said that I can stay as long as I need before I move into my new location. Though, to be honest, I'd rather stay - temporarily - at my Artist Friend's home. He was my Rock during the past few years. At the moment, his sister is over - from Paris - but I'll call him to see when she's flying back. Then I can stay temporarily. I would help him by taking him to town in my car - he can't drive and has to depend on taxis and lifts - and we can do our own laundry.

The solicitor will release £10,000 - in the meantime - on Monday to get me on my feet, until I move. There's a complication, as the survey revealed that the Septic Tank for my new bungalow is at premises next door. My uncle wants to have a look at it first, but my solicitor has to request permission for me to access that Septic Tank and I won't receive the keys until he receives the money.

It was a tall order, but I was taller. Slight smile
