I looked up homeless charities and found a charity "Shelter" I have been advised that the housing department must reinstate my housing benefit as ZERO income.
I have left a message for Keyworker and Land lord to explain the proceedure I'm trying to get help with.
I called the Direct Payments team and a zero income triggers new assessment and while they say I must pay until assessment-they realise you can't pay what you don't have.
Water company I called and explained situation of zero income, they say they will cancel direct debit and put note on account- I offered key workers details so they can check, but they believe me.
Electricity bill is paided recently.
Crisis loan not eligable as dwp disallowed claim for daring to record atos and while verifiably housebound- they say a refusal even after atos said do not attend appointment cancelled as further information recieved.
Shelter say I will only be allowed Job seekers and that it will take 9 months to appeal.
I'd like to know when medically verified as ill by hospital consultant and GP and illness causing housebound issues-how the heck am I ment to sign on with no money for transport and who would employ me?
