Ok, neighbours can be a nuisance. This might sound antisocial, but sometimes I wish I lived as far away from them as possible. Noise carries, so why are flats built with crappy sound-proofing?!. I should not have to hear her horrible music. It must be quite loud if I can hear it?. She plays it at 10pm + when I am trying to relax before bedtime. I turn everything off at 10pm. She has woken me up on many occasions, sometimes I wonder if she is doing it deliberately?. I have contacted Housing support and they are going to help me sort this out, but sometimes I seriously consider moving back with my parents, where at least it is quiet at night time.
to me you need to live somewhere else,, why did they put you in a flat in the first place,, surrounded by strangers and background noise, does not seem a good sensible autism housing strategy in my mind. They talk a good caring game, but the reality is the opposite as we can see by your example.
