Hello, I am new, my stepdaughter has been recently diagnosed with Autism. She is 18. Can anyone explain to me what "processing delay is in the 15th percentile" means?
And what "she will be around 25 before she gets to the emotional and social maturity of a 15 -18 year old. That puts her at around 12 in emotional and social maturity and understanding", what does this mean for her and how we can help her.
She lives with her mum.
