I have been thinking with getting my ADHD diagnosis formally diagnosed.
DO I go through my GP as per normal.
Has anyone here got a ADHD diagnosis after Autism diagnosis.
I am currently self declared as ADHD but my ADHD is way more powerful at times.
It is brillant for art, innovation and thrilling / scarey actions / events like taking corners on a motorcycle at the tyre slip limits 
Its not all bad,,,,, just want it on paper.
I might wait until covid dies down a bit as the GP practices are still very busy at moment where I live.
