Group therapy? Sharing session?

Hello all,

Just joined, great to be a member :)

I’m Mark and london based and awaiting an ASD diagnosis. I’m 39 and beginning to realise that I’ve been masking without realising, so the new awareness, especially around sensory processing is helpful but can be incredibly overwhelming and I worry a lot.

I think I’d really benefit from group therapy/ sharing circle / creative outlet in some way to help me process - does anyone know if these exist? I’m south east  london based but online groups would also be of interest to me

any help would be greatly appreciated- I’m finding the internet a little overwhelming!

This one may not be a local service for you but they will give you contact details for the one in your area:
