Have recently noticed that 3M peltor optime 3 has been amplify not noise cancel and been having sensory overload daily from noisy area especially in crowds. I have fluacting senses with my autism can even hear on days with above human hearing from floor below alonfside with action causing that noise. Is anyone available to give suggestions since unable focus and concerned will effect class if suddenly able hear only sound or unable filter different conversations since not want seem rude or anti social since unable answer if stop hearing their words.
Alright, will research later then, Generally wear outside. Which ones considered basic ear defenders so have idea on new class spares.
Noise cancelling Bose or Sony
I tried calmer ear bud, tried music with earbuds alongside the either headphones or ear defenders-still too loud. This site was suggested since too indecisive.
I don't use ear defenders because I wear headphones a lot of the time; so, it's not practical. I do wear earplugs all the time I;'m not wearing headphones, and I find they suit my needs—and are much less obtrusive.
