I am in my early fifties and have been referred for an initial screening. I believe they conduct interviews and follow DISCO for their assessment. I want to prepare for the interviews and don't know what to do. Ideally, I wanted to find a criteria for the diagnosis so I can write examples and notes under each specific criteria.
Does anyone know where I can get the criteria (link please) and / or a template that I can use for notes and examples. I am really anxious about the assessment and concerned that I will clam up so thought it would be better if I sent them the notes instead.
