Alexithymia and crying during movies

Hi guys

Does anyone have Alexithymia but have a major emotional  sensitivity to movies?

I seem to have trouble identifying how I feel during real life events, but cry very easily when watching tv.

  • I’m pretty I’m alexithymic it’s something that really find hard to live with the one thing that consistently sets me with and overload of emotion is music and seeing things about dogs being mistreated or dying, sometimes movies but not often. day to day living though I’m quite ‘flat’ emotionally
