Alexithymia and crying during movies

thats hard to understand i mean showing emotions on one occasion and not another.

is it the music of the movie/tv making you more emotional ?  

What real life events give you issues ? whereby u expect emotions but dont have any.

The problem is not having access to emotions when thinking about it - but the music or images trigger things via a back door - it's odd and out of control.     I only 'feel' happy, sad or anger in normal operation - everything else is just 'meh'.
