Alexithymia and crying during movies

I'm not officially diagnosed with Alexithymia but I have great difficulty with emotions.   I'm unbelievably easily triggered by music or movies or bits of footage surrounding duty or courage or bravery.

Plastic,  The film directors and composers are aiming to trigger just that effect, in fact they usually work together and are damned good at it.  I've fallen victim myself many times.

I think footage of duty, courage or bravery is different  --  it's fact not fiction.
