I'm producing a book concerning how autistic people and I I've listened to experience the world, what they find difficult, why and what others could do to help, and what skills autistic people have as I keep hearing most autistic people are under or unemployed, that's a big waste of skills that could make the world a better place.
If there's any experiences that make things more difficult and you know what people can do to help, I'll share them in my book, make sure you don't give any personal details though.
I don't have a difficulty with eye contact, but some who do have shared they struggle to understand language while looking at facial expressions, social cues and eye contact at the same time. If you would like to share how people can help you I'll include it as advice in my book.
