Prosecuted and convicted for autistic actions. Nearly killed as a result

.I have put bits of my story here , but look for support.

I had professional negligence bad financial advice about tax which lost me £250,000 and left me suicidal. I was in the process of taking the bank to court, when I had a near fatal cycling accident.

I spent hundreds of hours trying psychological treatments and had focussed on intrusive thoughts and erp therapy, but got caught in a website trap and police arrested me.

I then had another near fatal cycling accident just before going to court. The case was delayed to await me regaining consciousness 2 weeks- but I am brain damaged and can’t believe I was convicted for following my doctors advice asking for help.

I am the only person ever convicted for this in th uk. The charge is malicious communication implied suicide threat.

I have paid £100,000 to lawyers and barristers, lost £2m in business.

recently appealed my conviction with a good case but it was rejected as my defence barrister said he didn’t use the standard defence , for “tactical reasons” he refuses to write to the court now despite knowing that I have had 2 near fatal further events since this appeal rejection.

Does anyone know any journalist who may tell my story and the truth.  The media stuff about me is all distorted malicious fakery.

survival feeling impossible

doctors are all busy protecting themselves from my claims and stating I am responsible if I die.

I tried NAS but they couldn’t help, but I note they have an organisation called Conviction which they advertise. This organisation is run by a person who only finished a legal degree a year ago and was not helping

  • You say that you have suffered mental degradation caused by injuries and yet you want to use your mind to help other. You've also said that you are fighting to survive and then talk of ending it. You speak of media that conspired against you and then say you are working with them. It appears that what you say has a great many contradictions.

Others here have made some very valid points. That you take no responsibility at all for anything that you have done and consistently place blame on others. Am so regarding working with the media. There are other points also.

You've been advised to let it go, it's in the past, there can be no greater advice.

I have no idea what you are expecting from others by posting this same story, which appears to me to have more holes than Swiss cheese.

You've got stuck on a same endless loop.

  • The media choose which side to go on, just read the Sally Clarke solicitor story. I need to be very careful who I speak to now,, even on here

  • Dave. Of course it isn't criminal to ask for help, before nearly being killed. But as you must know when you ask for help there is no guarantee you will get it. Or even if you get help that it will be the help you need.

I keenly understand that if you've veen putting in 100 hour weeks you have seriously neglected many aspects of your life narrowing your pursuits to a single goal. If youve been frustrated in that, it can be an unhinging experience.

Whilst you breathe you always have choices. Perhaps over the course of these next few weeks we can help you clarify your choices, find your best path and strategies to "pick better" next time?

If you have as someone suggested some "money and assets" left, you might be able to easily find some other more fun games to play. I personally am not entirely sure that money is the panacea some think, but it does give the thinking man more options to choose from...

  • The financial advisor was just supposed to tell me the tax entitlement I had with my NHS pension, nothing to do with stock markets. He just had to give safe advice. I should have taken his company to court like Noel Edmonds and Cliff did.

My wealth building was doing vast numbers of working and saving, rarely going on holiday and hardly seeing my family as doing 100 hour working weeks

I can see your interpretation denies all my hard work and generosity to others, but all that know me appreciate me

No one has answered my question as to whether it is criminal to ask for help, before being nearly killed??

Well if I die my rant is all on here

  • You managed to communicate well enough to forge a career as a GP and maintain it until retirement. You managed to communicate well enough to build sizeable wealth, and then to employ a financial advisor to play the stock markets and avoid paying tax on your pension fund. I'd say all these things require advanced communication skills.

You can see how it's difficult for people to listen to your account of events and then buy into your defense of autism as being the cause of your wrongdoing?

If you really want to help autistic people, stop using autism as an excuse for your criminal behaviour, and more importantly, get on with your life, learn from your mistakes. That's the single best way of helping autistic people. Be a beacon of hope and redemption, rather than a flickering ember of rancour and self-delusion. It doesn't require much brainpower, but it does require a lot of soul power.

Move on, Dave. Give up the images and emotions, the grudges and fears, the blame and disappointment of the past.

  • I think you should consider counselling and look at how you can look forward in your life instead of being fixated on the past and things you no longer have any control over.

  • Implied threat of suicide, when asking for help, just before I nearly died from a non suicidal event , left disabled

it is helpful to realise how differently some people evaluate information on here, so care needs to be taken with the media editing their interview with me as I don’t communicate well… as an autistic person

  • I did exactly as instructed by the financial advisor, who took 3 months to instruct me, cancelled 3 appointments etc etc

  • 'You became self-absorbed in the extreme. You became obsessed with your own feelings and what would make you feel better and not anyone else's feelings, including your victim's.'

And still it continues, Dave. The same behaviours playing out.

You paid for expensive financial advice to play the system and avoid paying tax on your pension. You failed to follow the advice, and as a result paid out the tax you were hoping to avoid (and possibly more). This is a common practice for wealthy people. They pay for expensive financial advice in order to hold on to as much as their wealth as possible. In your case, you screwed up by not following the advice properly. You then became obsessed with your financial loss. Ashamed and angry, your arrogance lead you to construct an erroneous narrative in which your financial loss was a result not of your negligence, but that of others. Committed to this delusion, you experienced psychosis. And proceeded to stalk the financial advisor, and the company he worked, for to such an extent that they were forced to prosecute you, and you were convicted. Just as you blamed your financial advisor for your mistakes, you then continued to to blame the media, your GPs, your psychologists, the police, the Samaritans... everyone apart from yourself. In your delusion, you absolve yourself of any personal agency.

This has nothing to do with autism, Dave. It has a lot to do with either extreme arrogance or psychopathy. Only a medical expert would be able to distinguish. The judge and the jury, upon hearing the actual evidence, went for extreme arrogance.

You have everything at your disposal to turn your life around, put the past behind you, and lead a happy and fulfilling life. It really would be a tragedy if the final chapter of your time on Earth ends in self-pity, bitterness and rancour.

Every day is a chance to start over. Do it. Because we never know how many days we have left.

  • i think it is unfair that your victim is not here to refute what you are saying.

  • what where you found guilty off ?

  • Not one word about my autism in any media report,

Not one word about my near death and major disabilities in any of the court journalism.

Lots about allegations that i was found unanimously not guilty of.

    Fair journalism?

  • the big bad media ---- here u go blaming the reporters for doing their job
