Is anyone else's sleep really horrible right now?
It's years since I had a relaxing night's sleep.
i have bother waking up i sleep no problem. I am usually exhausted by bedtime.
I wake up exhausted from nightmares.
Oh,that's gotta be hard. Bound to mess up daytime aftere night.
Sorry to hear that,as hard to get back to sleep,i had same with focal seizures at night.
