Is anyone else's sleep really horrible right now?

Since I got my weighted blanket I've slept the best I can for long time
I have two crocheted blankets on top of my duvet. Works like a dream in winter. In summer, my choice is can't sleep 'cos I'm too hot or chuck off covers and can't sleep because there's no weight over me.
Always had broken sleep,sleep with earplugs cos everything wakes me. Cooler i am,the better,weighted blanket would wake me when i can't turn. Would think i'd be kicking someone in a dream! Lol
