I'm low on both Diesel and Funds. PIP won't arrive for another nine days, and that only lasts me a week and a half at best.

The land my Grandfather owned puts me above the Threshold for Means-Tested Benefits, and I have to deal with Direct Debits. I won't ask my brother for money; I don't want to use his responsible income for my irresponsible expenses. The sale of my Home and Land must be complete within the next two weeks. Or else, I'll debt.

  • Sell as much of your land as you need to in order to qualify, to me for a penny, and I'll lease the majority of it back to you it back for a million years for a penny. That's off the top of my head. There may be a better wheeze you can manage...
