    Welcome aboard.

There's a lot of us on here who slipped through the net - I'm a mid-50s bloke diagnosed in my 40s.

You'll probably be like the rest of us living in a world of stress and unable to deal with change.

What hobbies do you have to wind down?    You need to create space for yourself so you can manage the stress for your own health.

Mostly it's about finding ways to do what you need to do in ways that are kinder to yourself.
